Qantas Improves Business Class Travel
Australian carrier Qantas is set to open new facilities for business-class passengers flying from its home nation.
The airline is building new Qantas Business Lounges at Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane airports to improve passengers' flying experience.
It stresses that during this period of construction passengers will experience no disruption to the current Qantas Club facilities being provided.
The new Business Lounges are said to offer a unique experience for passengers and will give those flying in this class, as well as Platinum Frequent Flyers and oneworld Emerald guests, the chance to "work, relax, socialise or prepare" for their flight.
Passengers will be able to make use of private work areas with wireless internet, take showers, and enjoy quality food in the lounges.
Qantas describes itself as a "premium, full-service airline" which operates a fleet of 216 aircraft and flies to 37 countries outside of Australia.
Inside Australia, the airline flies to 57 destinations including Canberra, Dubbo, and Brisbane.
