Tourism officials have approved three different projects to regenerate the region, including a "plan of impact", which will paint, remodel and restore buildings and pavements around the island.
Secondly, funds will be spent on the "viewpoint project", which will revamp the La Paz area of town, and lastly is the "renovation of Martianez beach", which will improve the shoreline in this area.
