Grenada 'Has An Easy Caribbean Charm'

Grenada Has An Easy Caribbean Charm Grenada has been described as a Caribbean holiday destination with locals who have an "easy charm".

Tennis, golf, snorkelling and sCuba diving are just some of the activities visitors can enjoy on the island, according to the Daily Mirror.

Other suggested options are to experience sheer relaxation on the beach with a passionfruit juice and a good book, attend spa sessions, play volleyball - or simply visit the local restaurants and bars.

"But there is more to Grenada than the world-class beach resorts," the newspaper continues.

"There is an intriguing history to this small island of varied geography - from volcanic and sandy beaches to lush rainforests."

According to the official website of the Grenada board of tourism, the destination - along with Carriacou and Petite Martinique - is part of the Windward chain of islands.

Its western shores look out on to The Caribbean Sea, while the beaches on its eastern coast jut out into the Atlantic.
